Great coffee spot (Protein/Energy/Boba) and they have meal replacement shakes! I travelled to Dubuque for work and walked Main Street. I try to shop local (and tend to overeat) when traveling and I stopped by and enjoyed a hot mocha coffee. Great atmosphere, very friendly. I got to meet the owners and chat briefly between guest orders. Prices and serving size were awesome compared to Starbucks and other chains. Tasty beverages and offerings centered on health, free wifi, clean bathrooms, locally owned and operated. Thanks for having me! Good luck!

Always a great place to get lit teas that taste like Kool-Aid/juice but are super healthy. The Herbalife shakes are a great meal replacement. Lastly, the atmosphere at the Spot is exceptional. You will feel like being at home and stay for hours at a time.

Friendly staff, delicious drinks and a huge variety. One of those places you have to convince yourself not to go to multiple times a day to try everything they offer.
